As President/CEO, Ryan Parlett brings over 18 years experience in the construction and real estate development areas.
Mr.Parlett is involved and leads the Western Skies team in all aspects of the business. He plays the lead role with clients, government agencies and other professionals. Mr. Parlett is responsible for management of Western Skies and client projects.
Mr. Parlett has a proven track record of successful projects.
Ryan Parlett started his construction career building custom homes in Marin County. From custom homes he moved on to work in the commercial sector. Ryan then went to work as a superintendent for a public homebuilder eventually becoming the Division President with yearly revenue over $500m. While working with two public homebuilders Ryan held the titles:
Superintendent, Director of Development, VP of Construction, VP of Operations and Division President.
